About Nepal AI Olympiad

Nepal AI Olympiad (NAIO) is a student-led, academically supervised national initiative dedicated to advancing Artificial Intelligence education, research, and Olympiad excellence in Nepal.

Our mission is to democratize AI education across all provinces and prepare talented Nepali students for global scientific competition through the International Olympiad in Artificial Intelligence (IOAI).

We conduct a transparent and inclusive National AI Olympiad, provide free AI & ML education, build a national mentorship and research ecosystem, and maintain strict financial and ethical accountability.

Governance Structure

Transparent and accountable leadership

Governing Board

Composed of senior professors from IIT Kanpur, Kathmandu Engineering College, and national research institutions. The Board provides academic leadership and ethical oversight.

Executive Committee

A student-led national operations team responsible for Olympiad execution, logistics, communication, and outreach across all provinces.

Academic Council

AI professors, researchers, and industry experts guiding training programs, Olympiad preparation, and student research initiatives.
